The given system is used for preparation the raw material for brewing. Temperature sensors are installed in four technological containers. These sensors are connected with controller - operator desk that is placed near the technological vessels. Controller-desk has serial exit RS232. Through this exit information is transmitted to always turn on computer that is placed in technologist's office. Program has the following possibilities:
- continuous visualization of data;
- archiving;
- preparation of reports.
Coming to a work technologist firstly reviews the process action, consideration of determination of pasteurisation process - temperatures and time. In case of discrepancy reasons of deflection are established operatively.
